Time Difference Calculator

I need this ...

So, I just vibe coded yet another time difference calculator....

Because I need to solve this task very often.

I saw some preexisting solutions on the first page of Google search, but I think it’s time to do it on my own localhost..

And this tool is so small and so “throwaway”. I don’t even want to make a whole new repository for this, so I just put it in a small directory in my existing altilunium.github.io repository.
